The Multiversal Secure Protocool (or MSP for short) is a research and imprisonment facility conceptualize by ADgee for his creatorsphere (though can be used in other Fanstories). It serves as an important subsidiary of the Multiversal Expanse, founded and led by the Multiversal Scientists. Due to it's great job at their work, they have been praised by many universes and their inhabitants, and even some of the Multiversal Royal Guard.

Dedication[]

The MSP is meant to maintain security in all of the Multiverse, or atleast in the mostpart. The workers use several amount of devices to travel between universes, and sometimes timelines as well.

Their goal is to search around for potentially dangerous beings that could pose a threat to the integrity of the Multiverse, as well as contain them and study them in order to push further their research. The creatures are contained most of time, but in a few ocassions, they're freed.

This happens whenever a creature has become weak to the point of losing their potential.

Geography[]

The MSP has it's own facility for research and containment, as well as other important things. It's built in the northeast region of the Multiversal Expanse's home universe, connected to it via wormholes. The facility itself is divided in different sections.

Containment Section[]

It's the largest and most important part of the facility. It consists of large, white metallic hallways filled with several cells, split in levels. It is widely known that there is always space for new creatures to be contained, the number of cells being on the thousands. The hallways usually have very luminous lights, for reasons unknown.

The cells itselves are just large empty rooms locked with strong metal bars, those which are reforced with a powerful Magic spell. The colors on the room depend on the level.

Research Lab[]

It's a laboratory connected to the Containment section via a short hallway filled with fans, both ends with a metallic door, which can only be opened with a keycard. The lab itself is a large, rectangular room with a round shaped elevator that leads down. The room contains tables and stances with several items and such. On the left wall is a large billboard where most notes are left on. On the front wall, a blackboard is seen, as well as erasers and white chalk, to write research on it.

There also are test tubes and vials, as well as syringes for known reasons.

Storage Room[]

It's located underneath the Lab, and is known to store several amount of devices and machinery that the MSP uses. It's very wide and is very precisely organized, with several categories for all of the items. It also has lights, but dimmer than in the other two sections. It is also required a keycard to access those.

Bedrooms[]

It's where the employees sleep and wake up. They're very simple, containing beds with a nighttime table and a lamp. It contains of an area divided in various rooms. It has a very simple decoration, varying from room to room.

Investigation Room[]

It's a single, square room filled to the brim with screens and computer. It's mostly used to monitorize the rest of sections, as well as the cells. It has a panel which allows to activate/deactivate and open/close the indivuals cells, as well as a console to which use certain commands. There are a few wheeled chairs, and it has no windows.

Core Room[]

It's an incredebly important room, as it holds the core of the facility. It's situated underground, lower than the Storage Room. It's accesed by a large set of stairs, and it's required a special keycard that only MV!W.D Gaster has. The room leads to a rectangular platform showing a large structure that resembles that of the CORE in the Classic Undertale universe. It's known to be the source of all energy and electricity in the facility.

Tiers[]

At the end of the invedstigation of the creatures, they're assigned a specific tier corresponding to their T.P. (Threat Potential). The tiers and their corresponding TP (as well as it's meaning).

Main Tiers[]

  • Tier L (Lowest, TP 1-5): Corresponding to those beings that only pose a threat to the local universe.
  • Tier R (Low, TP 6-10): Corresponds to beings that threat to it's universe and all of it's timelines.
  • Tier M (Intermediate, TP 11-20): Beings that threat a small group of 2 to 5 universes.
  • Tier H (High, TP 21-30): Beings that pose a threat to a group of 10 to 50 universes.
  • Tier H+ (Higher, TP 31-49): Beings that can pose a threat to over 100 universes.
  • Tier K (Multiversal, TP 50+): The highest and most important tier. Anyone on this can pose a threat to the Multiverse as a whole

Miscellaneous[]

  • Tier ??? (Unknown, TP ?): A specific, temporal tier for those creatures whose main tier hasn't been decided yet, but are suspicious enough.

Any kind of threat that is too big for the facility isn't bothered to be contained.

Creature Identification[]

There are a variety of creatures contained in the Facility. There are various identifications aside from their Tier. They use a tag to identify the kind of creature that is being studied.

By body shape[]

  • If the creature is humanoid or human in someway, it's classified as "ANTHRO".
  • If the creature is a monster of some sort, it's classified as "TERAS".
  • If the creature is neither monster or human in shape, "PARAXENOS".
  • If it's neither of the above, and it's shapeless somehow, the term used is "AMORFOS".
  • In case it would be that they change shape, it would be "ALLAGI".

By presence of SOUL.[]

This one is simple.

  • If a SOUL is seen, then they are called Pyshises, if not they're called Aphysises.
  • If it has multiple SOULs, it's called Polyphysises.
  • If they have half a soul, they're called Imisye(s).
  • If they have a SOUL, but it's hollow, then the term is Koilises.

By temperment[]

Depending on the usual energy and responses to stimuli, they can be classified in different ways.

  • Docile creatures are given a temper ID of 0.
  • Neutral ones are given a temper ID of 1
  • Hostile ones are given a temper ID of 2+.

There are many more ways, but they are minoritary.

Types of Devices[]

As stated before, they have a plentiful of devices to help them in a lot of things. Those devices can be seperated in:

Capture Devices[]

The kind of devices that are most used outside the facility. They vary from defensive to offensive. They are used to capture the target and seal them. A good example is the Seal-Box, a Magical box that can only be opened from the outside, and is near-unbreakable.

Containment Devices[]

The kind of devices most used within the facility. They are mostly defensive. They are used to contain the creatures that are hostile and make sure they are contempted. A good example is the Energy Regulator, used to take away part of the creature's energy to tranquilize them, and sometimes even to put them in a comma-esque state.

Research Devices[]

The second most used kind in the facility. They are used to research about the creatures in question, and to analize them. One of them is a special X-ray scanner which identifies the composition of the SOUL.

Travel Devices[]

They aren't used in the facility itself but rather to travel quickly through universes in order to search for creatures. Some of them are:

  • The Portal Gun, used to create quick, unidirectional ways to travel into a different universes.
  • Quantum Chronospectrograph, a special machine used to detect activity in paralell timelines in a single universe.
  • Anomalograph, a device capable of detecting anomalies in spacetime and the damage they can cause.
  • Interuniversal Bridges. Those are different to the rest. They require two users in seperate universes. After that, one activates an end of a portal, and at the same time the other activates the other. If done correctly, both ends will connect and form a bridge.
